A decade in the frame.
Lee Murray is the filmmaker behind MURR Media. His work spans feature documentary, branded content, and live event coverage, mostly solo, mostly fast, always to a high standard.
Self-taught on the ground before formalising it with a Master's in Documentary Filmmaking at the University of Sussex, he brings a mix of instinct and craft to every shoot. A Sony shooter, equally at home on other camera systems.
"I'm comfortable in environments where you only get one shot and the edit is due before sunrise. Three years at the Dublin International Film Festival will do that to you. When you book MURR Media, you get me."
Captured talent includes: Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson, Paul Rudd, Ralph Fiennes, Jessica Lange, and Steve McQueen.
His feature documentary PUNT: The Irish and the NFL, directed with Darragh Bambrick, premiered on RTÉ One in 2025. The film follows four elite GAA athletes attempting to break into professional American football, shot across Ireland and the United States with the intimacy of a character study and the energy of a sports film. He is currently developing his next documentary project.
The work speaks.
Director of PUNT: The Irish and the NFL, RTÉ One (2025), with Darragh Bambrick. Three seasons embedded with the Dublin International Film Festival. IAA-certified drone operator. Clients include RTÉ, DIFF, Elverys, AbbVie, MAS and the Aran Islands, across Ireland, the US, UK and Europe.
Fast when it counts.
Sharp every time.
A lean, founder-led team with the right systems can deliver at a pace most agencies can't match, without compromising the frame. Festival turnarounds, overnight edits, same-week delivery on branded content. That's not a sprint. That's a repeatable process.
Whether it's a one-hour documentary for national television or a 60-second brand film for social, the standard stays the same. Only the scale changes.
